Joe Biden Says He’ll Accept VP Status
June 23, 2008Media Pundits and Political leaders seem a little upset that a politician did the unthinkable. He told the truth!
Many who are in the running for the VP slot for Barack obama are keeping tight lipped, some even going as far to say they would reject the offer. Senator biden however is letting it be known that he would proudly serve this county as Vice President. And Kudos to that man for being honest. Politricks can be a little weird at times, if you tell the truth you are a liar, if you lie you are merely protecting the public. Me personally, I don’t get it at times.
I would rather say hey I’ll take the position rather than talk about how much I wouldn’t and then accept it later. What do you call that? A change of heart, I think not! Obama 08 Yes We Can Si Se Puede!

Barack Obama’s Private Parts
June 14, 2008More trash from the same exhibit! Nas said “I have a song called the ‘Fear.’ The full title of the record is ‘The Fear of the Black Man’s Dick.’ That’s some shit you can get comedy [from], or you can get some seriousness from it when you talk about the barbaric castrations that happened in our past … which is very serious, nothing to laugh at,” Nas explains.
Here we have more fear of the black man’s dick, more stereotypes, and an attempt at a political castration. Look at the title’s near what is supposed to be Barack’s anatomy. Once you Go Barack, clearly taken from the phrase “once you go black you never go back”. This gentleman was being creative and utilizing a play on terms representing how many feel that Barack is reaching a new audience. He is making Barack’s campaign comparable to the myth of large black penises. Simply that; a myth! Rather than looking at the wide amount of people that Obama is able to transcend. I know people who are die hard Republicans and they may very well cross party lines this November to vote for Barack because they inspired by his message of change and his sound judgment.
One thing this election process will be sure to show you is the little truck yard minds of many Americans. Stereotypes and biases will never have been so prevalent, code words and racial tensions will continue to be mounted by the ignorant.

Jesse Jackson thinks Clinton should be the VP
June 9, 2008“The Rev. Jesse Jackson said today that Sen. Hillary Clinton has made “a powerful case” for her candidacy for vice president.
Sen. Barack Obama should take his time choosing a running mate, Jackson said in an interview with the Associated Press today, but Clinton offers some major advantages.
“As he surveys the field, it must be someone who is compatible with him philosophically, someone who is loyal to his agenda and someone who brings a constituency that matters and the capacity to become the next president, as the Constitution requires should disaster strike,” Jackson said, and Clinton meets those requirements. “She may not be the only one who does, but she certainly does.
“She starts with 18 million votes,” he said. “She starts having gained a following among Latinos and she has substantial support among African Americans. … Women will be looking to her place in the scheme of things.”

Hillary & the YES WE CAN Bandwagon
June 8, 2008I must say I was quite impressed with Hillary’s Concession speech the other day. I was pleasantly surprised with the energy and tenacity she used to pledge her support for Barack Obama. Clinton urged her 18,000,000 plus voter base to support Barack as well so that the Democrats can re-claim the White House in the Fall.
I must commend her on her gracefulness and what seemed to be a genuinely sincere message that not only supported Barack but highlighted this historic moment as a barrier breaker for both people of color and women. I hope that we can continue to see such energy from the Clinton’s in this general election process. YES WE CAN!
