This is very sad but true…I wish that we could showcase our talent without also showcasing our ass…we know your beautiful, but let your voice and musical ability shine…I personally tired of seeing asses across my television.

I’ve been having this conversation for years. It seems that young girls would much rather use their bodies instead of their brains to achieve success. I am so tired of seeing black woman portrayed in this manner whether in music videos, on tv, magazines, or in the streets! But I don’t know what’s worse – these women feeling the need to degrade not only themselves but all black women or the society that demands it.
